The house has three bedrooms, includling a generously proportioned master bedroom that features a sitting area, a fireplace with a quarter sawn oak mantle piece, and new archicturally appropriate ceramic tile. The lighting has been completely upgraded, and new blinds were installed in the Spring of '06. The master bedroom opens on to the upstairs porch. The master bedroom is approximately 15 x 14, and the siting area is approximately 9 x 8.
The second bedroom features a private, suite-style bathroom and a clawfoot tub. It is approximately 11 x 7. The lighting has been completely upgraded, and new blinds were installed in the Spring of '06.
The third bedroom is on the first floor. It is currently used as a study, but could easily be converted back to use as a bedroom. New blinds were installed in the Spring of '06. It is approximately 15 x 8.
